This is my second bathroom supplied by Jones. Again Stephen gave us outstanding advice on all aspects of the refurbishment. He always had time to answer any question we had and his calm friendly approach was brilliant. When it came to ordering & delivery Stephen made sure everything was done to suit us. Whenever we had contact with other members of the team they too had this totally can do approach fantastic service all round. Would recommend Jones Plumbing to everybody, give them a try don't think you will be disappointed. Thanks all.

I went there today and spoke to a Lady & gentleman, my intention was to purchase a bath screen, the customer services was exceptionally great. I would recommend this place. Even though I didn’t make a purchase today, the advice and help I got was superb. Thanks a million.

They were absolutely brilliant in helping us create our new bathroom and utility room. From the moment we went into the showroom they showed us around and we discussed the various options and prices. Alix did the design according to our requirements. We then used Ivan (Ivanhoe Building Services) and Milan to do the work based on recommendations from Jones Bathrooms. They all did a fantastic job and we are so happy we went with them. No hesitation in recommending them.

Top class service from the very friendly and knowledgeable gentlemen at Jones today! Walked in with what we thought was a broken part - they pointed out it needn’t be replaced, saved us money, and repaired the item on the spot with a simple washer. 🙌

Really pleased with the service and products available at Jones Plumbing. My mum has used Steve for many years so when I was renovating my bathroom we visited his showroom and there was so much on offer. Alex was really helpful and gave me far more help than Google ever could, the items I bought were delivered really quickly and I'm really pleased with the finish. Thank you!

The gents at Jones Plumbing were very knowledgeable and really helpful and it is good to know that there are still people who will do their very best to assist even with only the slight prospect of a small sale. I highly recommend them.

We needed a flush lever. No luck at Wickes or B&Q but Jones had just the thing. So if you have plumbing problem, why not try Jones Plumbing Supplies first.

I've been going here for many years and have always been greeted by the friendly staff. Steve, Alfie, & Brad. Whatever query I've had they always are willing to give advice to help you resolve your issue and what is best to use for the job in hand.

Great service. I was looking for everything for a new shower room. Stephen made a plan of the room, and helped us to choose what we wanted, and fitted it into the small space. He was very patient and kind. It's great to be able to see so much in the showroom as well. I probably could have bought for cheaper on the internet, but I really valued the professional help and advice.
